Welcome to Token Factory (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services") that provide an interface for interacting with the Solana blockchain.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
1. Description of Services
Token Factory is a non-custodial web platform that provides a suite of tools for users to interact directly with the Solana blockchain. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Token Creator
Create new SPL tokens on the Solana network.
Launchpad / Presale
Platform for token creators to launch presales for newly created tokens.
Revoke Authority
Permanently revoke minting or freezing authority for an SPL token.
SOL Recovery
Recover SOL from associated token accounts.
Incinerator (Token Burning)
Permanently and irreversibly burn Solana Program Library (SPL) tokens.
Important Notice
You are the sole controller of your wallet, private keys, and funds. We never have custody or control over your assets. All transactions are initiated and signed by you using your connected wallet.
2. User Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk
Wallet Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, including your private keys, seed phrases, and passwords. Token Factory will never ask you for this information. Any loss or compromise of this information may result in the permanent loss of your digital assets.
Blockchain Transactions
You acknowledge and agree that all transactions initiated through our Services are executed on the Solana blockchain. These transactions are irreversible, final, and cannot be undone. We have no ability to reverse, modify, or refund any transaction.
Fees
All transactions on the Solana network require the payment of a transaction fee. You are responsible for all gas fees associated with the transactions you initiate. The Platform may also charge a service fee for the use of certain tools, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction.
Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction related to your use of cryptocurrencies and our Services.
No Financial Advice
The information and tools provided on Token Factory, including the RugChecker, do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other form of advice. The RugChecker is an experimental, automated analysis tool and its output should not be considered a guarantee of a token's safety or legitimacy. You must conduct your own thorough research (DYOR) before engaging in any transaction.
3. Service-Specific Disclaimers
Token Creator
You are solely responsible for any tokens you create using our Service. This includes ensuring the legality, functionality, and marketing of your token. Token Factory is a tool provider and bears no responsibility for the tokens created on the platform or their subsequent use. The creation of tokens for illegal purposes, including scams or fraudulent schemes, is strictly prohibited.
Incinerator & Revoke Authority
The actions of burning tokens or revoking mint/freeze authority are permanent and irreversible. You must fully understand the consequences of these actions before proceeding. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to the use of these features.
Launchpad Service
The Launchpad service is a decentralized platform that allows token creators to offer their tokens for sale to the public. Token Factory acts solely as a technical interface and facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement between Creators and Buyers.
- For Buyers: You acknowledge that investing in presales is extremely risky. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any project launched on our platform. You are solely responsible for conducting your own thorough research (DYOR) into any project before participating in its presale.
- For Creators: You are solely responsible for your project, including its legality, marketing, and fulfilling any promises made to Buyers.
- Fees: For providing the launchpad infrastructure, the Platform charges the Creator a fee of 5% of the total SOL raised during the presale. This fee is automatically deducted.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Token Factory, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, TOKENS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
